01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mpo77 ("Platform", "us"). These Terms take effect as soon as you complete account registration or begin using any service provided by mpo77.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at mpo77. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

• Name, phone number, banking details, and other personal information must match a valid proof of identity document.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mpo77 offers a range of secure deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian members, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and ShopeePay.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered under the same member's name. The use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and your account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed automatically within under 3 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Mpo77 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual.
• It is the member's responsibility to ensure that all registered bank account or digital wallet details are accurate. mpo77 is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided.
• Mpo77 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Mpo77 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each promotional offer carries specific terms that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover/wagering requirement) as specified in each individual promotion.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim the same bonus using multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Players are required to wager using their own account credits. Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation.

07 Account Security

• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to violations are not permitted to register a new account.
• Voluntary account closure by members can be requested through customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once compliance checks are completed.
• Mpo77 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account termination arising from a member's breach of these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability
